- Fragrance Oils: Fragrance oils must be unused and unopened for a return to be accepted.
- Diffuser Machines: The diffuser machine must be returned with all original items, including all accessories and packaging.

- Opened Fragrance Oils: Once fragrance oils have been opened or used, they cannot be returned.
- Damaged Machines (Non-manufacturing Defect): If the product has been damaged due to misuse or mishandling, it will not be eligible for return.
- Used Sprays: Used sprays are non-returnable.
