- We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for most items, except for warrantied products. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
- Warrantied products are subject to the terms of the warranty, and returns or exchanges for warranty issues are handled according to the manufacturer’s policy.

- Fragrance Oils: Fragrance oils must be unused and unopened for a return to be accepted.
- Diffuser Machines: The diffuser machine must be returned with all original items, including all accessories and packaging.

Non-returnable Items
- Opened Fragrance Oils: Once fragrance oils have been opened or used, they cannot be returned.
- Damaged Machines (Non-manufacturing Defect): If the product has been damaged due to misuse or mishandling, it will not be eligible for return.
- Used Sprays: Used sprays are non-returnable.

- Within the UAE: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect.
- International Shipping: For returns from outside the UAE, customers must cover return shipping costs and return the items at their own expense.
