What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Depending on the item(s) you purchase on coralaroma.com and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different shipping methods will be available. At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a variety of shipping methods.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! If you’re ordering to outside the UAE, simply contact us via WhatsApp or email to get details on international shipping charges and estimated delivery times.

How to Track My Order?

You can easily track your order by checking the status inside the My Account page on our website. Just go to My Orders to view your order details and tracking information.
Alternatively, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or email for updates on your order status.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We deliver across the UAE within 1 to 4 business days. For international orders, delivery may take up to 14 business days or more, depending on the destination country.

At Coral Aroma, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with returns and refunds in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. Return Window

• We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for most items, except for warrantied products. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.
• Warrantied products are subject to the terms of the warranty, and returns or exchanges for warranty issues are handled according to the manufacturer’s policy.

2. Conditions for Return

• Fragrance Oils: Fragrance oils must be unused and unopened for a return to be accepted.
• Diffuser Machines: The diffuser machine must be returned with all original items, including all accessories and packaging.

4. Non-returnable Items

• Opened Fragrance Oils: Once fragrance oils have been opened or used, they cannot be returned.
• Damaged Machines (Non-manufacturing Defect): If the product has been damaged due to misuse or mishandling, it will not be eligible for return.
• Used Sprays: Used sprays are non-returnable.

5. Return Shipping

• Within the UAE: Customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the item is being returned due to a manufacturing defect.
• International Shipping: For returns from outside the UAE, customers must cover return shipping costs and return the items at their own expense.

6. Exchanges

• Exchanges are available if the customer would prefer a different product or size. Please contact us within the return window and provide details of the item you would like to exchange.

7. Defective Products

• If the product is defective due to a manufacturing error, we will accept the return or exchange. Customers are required to provide proof (e.g., photographs or videos) showing the defect, and the item must be returned with all the original packaging and accessories.
• Warrantied Products: Defective warrantied products are handled according to the warranty terms and conditions.
